How does the Gift Card work?

Our Gift Card is a simple and convenient way to surprise someone special.

1. Choose the card's value

Select one of the available amounts we offer. Each card has a fixed monetary value that you can choose according to your preference.

2. Make the purchase

Once the voucher amount is selected, you just have to proceed with the purchase like any other product on our website.

3. Promotional code creation

After the purchase, we will generate a promotional code for the exact value of the gift card, which will be written on the back of the card when the recipient receives it.
This code:

• can be used only once.

• will be valid for any product on our website.

• code applicable exclusively to products, not shipping.

4. Card use by the recipient

The card recipient will only need to:

1. choose the desired product on our website.

2. enter the promotional code in the corresponding section before completing the purchase.

The discount will be automatically applied for the card's amount.

5. Add a personalized note (optional)

If you wish, you can include a personalized message for the recipient at no extra cost.

- How to do it?
Before making the payment for the gift card, write your message in the "Add a note to your order" section.
We will take care of writing that text on the gift card, along with the promotional code.

6. Shipping address

If the gift voucher's shipping address does not match the billing address, you can easily indicate this during the purchase process by selecting the corresponding option and adding the desired address.
