Shipping Policy

At Squaddra, we work to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition and in the shortest possible time. Below, we detail our current shipping methods.

Standard 48h Shipping

The cost of standard shipping is €4.99.

For orders over €75, shipping costs will be free (Peninsular Spain).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be prepared and delivered within approximately 2 working days, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, via Nacex.

Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Express 24h Shipping

The cost of express shipping is €5.99.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be delivered on the next working day, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

Valid for Peninsula.

Express Plus 12h Shipping

The cost of this method is €12.95.

Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day will be delivered on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM.

Valid for Peninsula only.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands

Standard 48h shipping to the Balearic Islands costs €5.99

Shipping to Portugal

Standard 72h shipping to Portugal costs €5.99.

Store Pickup

You can also pick up your order at our store located at:

We will notify you when it is ready for pickup.

Additional Shipping Information

It is possible that courier delivery times may be delayed during periods of high parcel volume, such as sales or Christmas seasons (the start of the Christmas period and parcel accumulation is considered from Black Friday. These possible delays are due to causes beyond Squaddra's control, so we are not responsible for non-compliance with delivery times by the courier company; the customer assumes and accepts these conditions if they place orders on these dates).
There may be delays due to force majeure weather conditions, such as snowstorms, heavy rain, or floods. These causes will be justified, and Squaddra will not be responsible for delivery delays caused by these reasons.
Shipment will be made once the purchase is confirmed with payment.
Once the order has left the warehouse, additional courier costs derived from a subsequent change of address, postal code error, or erroneous shipping data, will be borne by the buyer.

Orders for available material and confirmed before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day and received the next business day. (Normal timeframe).

Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the next business day and received the second business day. (An order placed on Sunday will be received on Tuesday, provided Monday and Tuesday are business days)

Free shipping

Packages will be shipped freight prepaid at no cost to the buyer when orders exceed €75, in mainland Spain.

Otherwise, shipping costs will be invoiced based on the destination and volume to be shipped.
