Rescind the contract
From this page, you can exercise your right of withdrawal, request the cancellation of an order that has not yet been prepared, or request the return of an order already delivered, provided that the applicable conditions are met.
To continue, log in to your customer account using the same email address you used when placing the order. From there, you can identify your order, select the corresponding items, and submit the cancellation or return request.
After submitting the request, you will receive an email confirmation. The request will be reviewed by Squaddra, and we will inform you of its approval, rejection, or the next steps based on the order status and applicable conditions.
Request tracking: you can check the status of your order or request by logging back into your customer account with the same email address used for the purchase.
Return costs: the customer must bear the direct cost of returning the products, unless Squaddra expressly agrees to assume it in a specific case. Returns with postage due will not be accepted.
Exceptions: the right of withdrawal may not apply, among other cases, to personalized products, products made according to customer specifications, products that may deteriorate or expire quickly, or sealed products that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
